Business Loansand Personal LoansZonal Sales Manager- Unsecured Lending, PL and SME Key Result Areas: Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts & expand existing ones Identifying the prospective clients and generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve the consistent profitability;
finding new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference Implementing competent business strategies to market a wide range of products; achieving preset sales and profit targets;
defining financial parameters within which the various operations of the branch must be executed Generating as well as converting leads for assets like Personal Loan,
Unsecured Loan and other asset products Minimizing the number of complaints from customer on wrong/failed commitments about self and team Performing the sales and marketing operations & liable for increasing sales growth & driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals Working towards sourcing and generating revenue from banking assets Managing client acquisition activity and advising on markets and products through selling banking products, collecting margin money and generating revenue Recruiting and managing a team of Relationship Managers, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals Sourcing theBusiness Loancases in the market through Business Network / Reference / DSA Keeping update on competitive elements in the target segments (such as other banks, NBFCs) & augmenting the presence and penetration of the brand in the target market Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction & low attrition in the team Driving positive Return on Investment (ROI) by establishing appropriate selling model, customer metrics, and a compelling incentive compensation plan
