Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Minimum 8+ years of customer facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition
- Has worked in a company that sells products or services for FinTech domain businesses
- Has handled clients from Banking, Fintech sector and have been involved in enterprise sales.
- Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.
- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry
- Expanding Company’s vendor Base
- Seller Accounts Onboarding and management.
- MIS reporting to Higher Management.
- Vendor development, management & onboarding by Identifying Product/Assortment gap.
- Manage Commercial viability and P&L at product/brand level.
- Responsible for strategic sourcing & purchasing of Merchandise.
- Coordinate within Internal teams to resolve supply chain issues.
