Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The role involves understanding the credit policy of the partner NBFC and making suitable changes to it for WCAPL in line with market and economic developments.
  • Guiding a team of credit managers and credit officers (centralised team in Mumbai for Pan India portfolio)
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to credit policy and defined processes, TAT management and Fraud Risk Management.
  • Products to be handled includes secured and unsecured like Education loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loans, SME and business loans, LAP, etc,
  • Ability to study Financials, Banking and Customer profile.
  • Coordination with ops, business and finance team for Portfolio Quality.
  • Getting the credit policy incorporated in the API integration with partner NBFC through the help of tech team
  • Interacting with the partner NBFC team to resolve any credit related matters
  • Giving policy suggestion to the management from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

In depth knowledge of credit evaluation with a good eye for detail, Excellent analytical abilities, Good Communication skills both verbal and written, Team player, Good MS Excel skills
