Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes

- Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent

- Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of business Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship

- Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met

- Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners

- Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise -Business Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels

- Constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies

Required Candidate profile

- Candidate should be locality from respective city.

- Should be MBA (Marketing or Insurance) Fresher or 1 year experience in field sales.

- Should able to recruit new agents as per IRDA guideline & ensure growth in current portfolio

- Good communication & presentation skill
