We are hiring for Branch Sales Managers (Team Handling Role) at BARODA.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Generation of Revenue by Sale of CASA & TPP (viz. Insurance, MF, Online Trading, NR, Demat A/c etc) through the Sales Channel.
- Managing a Large Sales Channel Team comprising of AM's & DM's.
- Responsible for Achieving the Value, Volume and Channel Productivity Metrics for the Allotted Branches.
- Mentor, Recruit and Develop the Sales Team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min. Work Experience of 3-4 Years, with Team Handling Experience of at-least 1+ Yr.
- Good Command over Written & Oral Communication Skills.
- Experience in Banking Preferred (Candidates with Knowledge of Liabilities / TPP can Apply).
