- List of prospective customers will comprise of their own Natural market (i.e. family, friends, colleagues etc) and Database lists provided by the company, which may include existing customers, broad-market lists, lists collected through marketing and other lead-generation activities etc In addition, the RM can expand his/ her customer base by collecting references from the contacts and doing their own lead-generation activities.
- The RM has to reach out to these prospective customers through the Physical mode :
