JOB DESCRIPTION -RHR

Position Title: Regional Human Resource Manager
Business / Department: Business Enabler
Grade: Assitant Manager/Deputy Manager


Job Purpose: The candidate would be expected to partner business in HR activities of the prescribed region
Key Accountabilities:

  1. Partnering Business in Talent Acquisition
  2. Ensuring the area of work to be adhering statutory norms and be complaint
  3. Health & Safety of the employees being the key accountability
  4. Should be able to roll out and deliver soft skill training
  5. To understand challenges at branch level and Hygiene factors through branch visits
  6. Ensure smooth function of HR operations
  7. Employee Queries/Grievance Handling
  8. Exit Management



Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition requirements at his area of responsibility through, own database, social media platforms and digital platforms for fulfilling hiring requirements.
  • Employee induction & Orientation
  • Responsible for HR Operations to include Background verifications, on boarding of new joinees etc.
  • Partnering business in productivity drive and to initiating Reward & Recognition programs, Performance Improvement Plans, assessing role suitability, Productivity improvement conversations with Business Managers and separation of consistent non-performers etc.
  • Co-ordinate all Training & Development initiatives with the L&D team and ensure compliance of the training calendar.
  • Pro-actively engage all Employees in his area of responsibility through Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure that all branches are statutory and process complaint. Initiate Show-Cause Notice, Termination & CIS as per policy. Legal Notice Handling, Followup for PT payment Slip, Trade License.
  • Conduct Branch Visits and verify the documents displayed in the notice board. ONE to One interaction with branch employees to collect feedback and update the same in MIS.
  • Handle Employee Medical, PF & Exit Grievances


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking Sectors


Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDBM preferably in HRM
