# Take responsibility of P&L for the region.
# Managing a large Sales team of Cluster Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Relationship Managers
# Ensure regional target achievement of sourcing Loan clients
# Relationship Management
# Driving business volumes for selling secured and LAP, working capital and equipment loans etc. in assigned markets
# Manage Sales closures with Promoters and CXOs of SMEs
# Lead generation through local activities, vendor relations, market mapping / combing etc.

# Currently managing the region in any reputed NBFC / Banking / Lending for loans.
# Managing the high volume loans above 1 crore.
# Must have team handling experience at least for 3 yrs.
# Must be from NBFC / Banking or Lending business
