Roles and Responsibilities
L3 Support to senior ( CXO level) users in organization
Interaction with Senior users and Senior management for the critical end user related issuse and be an escalation point for them.
Sound hands on knowledge on Desktops / Laptops, End user Operating systems both MAC and windows, thin client, CTRIX VDI etc
Good Understanding of Active directory( User accounts creation, access rights, AD policies and troubleshooting end user relates Issue), Emails ( Configuration and troubleshooting of Email Accounts ), File servers and permissions, FTP, Network (L2 and L3 support and troubleshooting on Wired and Wireless systems), Firewalls, Endpoint security, DLP, Encryption etc.
Ensures Successful Delivery: in-line with EUS Portfolio
Drives Technical Governance: engaging wider design team and peers
Desired Candidate Profile
TIL certification, MCSA, other relevant certifications
Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills; good team player
Working knowledge of ServiceNow or any other tool an added advantage
