This is regarding opening with a leading NBFC as a Head of SME- Sales and Marketing

Designation: Head of SME- Sales and Marketing

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Deep understanding of NBFC industry SME Segment

Industry: BFSI

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Role:

  • Ensure the proper, timely and effective financial accounting for the SME & Retail assets business & management and regulatory reporting therefore. Efficient and effective fund management in liaison with the central finance & treasury department of the company.
  • Lead and manage all activities within SME sales segment; inclusive of account management, customer support and field marketing
  • Spearhead SME departments strategy development initiatives, ensuring that they remain consistent with the businesss overall strategy
  • Conduct business, performance, and competitive analysis 2. Track and review actual sales results, weighing them against the set targets and business KPIs in order to determine the effectiveness of sales initiatives and implement necessary changes and solutions
  • Implement new and well-researched sales initiatives, strategies, and solutions
  • Identify top talent and contribute to the recruitment of key sales personnel, hence, maintaining efficient and effective execution of duties within the sales department
  • Work closely with other executive officers and advise them on sales strategies, forecasting, and general management issues in order to align the business efforts, avoid conflict of interests, and enable the achievement of the business overall goals and targets
