JOB Role – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Liability banking
Designation – Executive / Sr Executive
Qualification – Graduation
Skill – Good communication skill (English & Regional language), Branch Banking, Process Orientation, negotiation Skill

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Deliver the sales targets month on month, cross selling insurance, fixed deposits, savings accounts and micro housing loans to walk in MFI customers (gold loan, Individual loan, BLE loans, Agri loans, Group loans). May also require to step outside the Branch when needed, to deliver on the monthly sales nos.
  • Have a good understanding of all the products to be able to cross sell effectively.
  • Develop sales and objection handling skills through peer discussions and consulting sales seniors in the Branch, to be able to cross sell efficiently
  • Develop rapport with the customers and convert or take lead (on LMS) for future conversion.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided and avoid mis-selling.
  • Focus on customer comfort including Lobby management.
  • Provide support to the Operations manager on any other service aspects requiring assistance in the Branch
  • Reaching out to maturity customers, account closures and depleted customers for retention and service build up.

Desired Profile -

Experience in Operations and sales is a must.

Minimum graduate.
