The role is about handling all inbound calls which the company receives for their products inquiry And making outbound calls to all Borrowers & Lenders who are interested either to borrow a loan or invest their amounts in OML Group. You can also say its a kind of Inside sales and Support role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Managing Inbound calls

- Making Outbound calls

- Managing Web chat & Email Support

- On-call support to Clients to complete their transaction online.

Desired Candidate :

- Should Have Excellent Comm Skills and pleasing personality

- Should be able to Join the maximum in one week

Min : Graduate

Exp - 1 to 7 years
