Department Credit & Risk
Accountabilities:
• Comprehensive analysis of credit proposals of small and micro business and preparation of credit appraisal memos for recommendation to sanctioning authorities, in accordance with prescribed policies and processes.
• Analysis of applicant's (proposed borrowers) credentials including but not restricted to Personal Discussions/Unit visits, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reference checks, dedupes, hygiene checks, verifications, etc
• Follow up and coordination with vendors for Legal, Technical, RCU, FI etc
• Role based entries of loans into Loan Management System/Loan Origination System
• Management Information and Reporting for status of loan applications throughout the lifecycle of the loan
• Assisting NCM/CRO for all compliance matters
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Skills Required:
• Knowledge and understanding of SME / mortgage business.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to make credit proposals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Proficiency with MS Excel, word and power point.

Experience: Min 3 years in NBFC / Banking sector in SME / mortgage business

Min. Qualification: Graduate. CA /MBA (Finance)/Related experience will be given preference.

Compensation: As per the current salary structure

Location: Gurgaon (DLF Phase 1)
