Branch Manager will lead branch + Self source business and handle 5+ RMs team.
Responsible for the assigned product /MSE / MSME / Business loan/ LAP / Unsecured Loan.

Incumbent will be responsible for:
1 Achieving customer acquisition, disbursement, AUM and profitability target for the assigned product
2 Achieving Portfolio Quality and Sales management targets for the assigned product
3 Recruitment, training and development of workforce and attrition management of assigned branch and product being managed.
4 Coordination with other support functions and stake holders to ensure smooth functioning of business in branch.
5 Achieving cross-sell and fee income earning target for his/her business.
6 Administration, up- keep and maintenance of branch premises.
