Experience : - Minimum 2 to 10 Years (2-8 year experience from Financial services preferably NBFC dealing with mortgage loans, housing loans, PL.)
Salary : ( Hike on your ctc as per industry's norms )
Job Responsibilities :
To manage the branches in Branch for all credit and risk related function.
To train, mentor and coach all employee of Branch (including credit managers) with respect to credit policy, processes.
To help the cluster achieve overall budgeted numbers (Portfolio, NPA and Profitability).
Role requires the person to travel to branches for about 18-22 days in a month across the branches (4-6 branches). .
2-8 year experience from Financial services preferably NBFC dealing with mortgage loans, housing loans, PL.
Minimum 1 year experience in credit appraisal is essential for this role. Experience of managing/leading a team would be preferred though not essential.
Good knowledge of local language required.
Ability to effectively communicate with prospective customers.
Ability to effectively communicate with direct reports and also business team.
Flexible to travel.
Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to manage people both directly and indirectly at multiple levels and remotely.
